1、家长们在角色扮演时，如何引导她们进行角色扮演？很多家长都是再学他们孩子的反应，这样可以吗？还是告诉他们，对于角色扮演的情景他们如果不知道如何演，可以“参照”他们孩子的反应，也可以想想他们自己是孩子时的反应？
How to guide parents in role-play? Can they just copy their children’s reaction? Can we just tell them do the role-play “base on” their children’s reaction?
Or maybe tell them to think about their reaction when they were kid.
2、关于和善而坚定，可不可以这样理解，和善指的是态度上，坚定指的是行为上？
About kind and firm, can we think of it in this way: Kindness is referring to the attitude, firm is referring to the action.
