1、如何让学生遵守自己的承诺呢？有时，因为犯错成本过低，孩子总会用各种借口来为自己的错误辩解，并承受低的代价。而且会经常再犯。
How to get student keep what they've promised to do? Sometimes, due to "low cost" when commit a mistake, kids make all kinds of excuses to justify their own behaviors and further reduced the cost or how much they suppose to "pay". Repeatedly are the same mistakes or undesirable behaviors.
2、约定制度后有个别同学总是违规，如何处理？|面对个别没有团体荣誉感、经常逃避责任的学生如何处理？
After agreement made, one of my students continues to violet it. How may I handle this? What can be done with those who lack of sense of group honor and those who constantly avoiding responsibilities?
3、“和善与坚定”面对“软硬不吃”的学生，如何操作实施？怎样才能做到“和善并坚定”，以此达到自己所想要的理想效果？
How to put "Kind and Firm" into practice and make it effective when I face students who neither yield to Firmness nor care about Kindness? (or maybe harshness vs gentle coaxing, guessed by translator)?
4、个别特殊学生对于约定就是不遵守也不在乎任何的奖罚又该怎么办？
There is a particular student who simply does not follow agreement and couldn't care less about any punishments or rewards. What can I do?
