A question about encouragement: audiences indicate that its' theoretically clear but hard to implement in daily life. Is there any underlying reason for it, except for more practice?
3、学员反映在使用错误目的表时，往往因为自己的情绪还没消解，因此很难做出积极主动的回应，这种情况该怎么办呢？
